Web-Based CRM Development

We are looking for a programmer to help us build a CRM to simplify our processes. The CRM will have integrations with third-party APIs and our current billing software. It will also have internal user credentials with different levels of access and a client portal, with the possibility for them to make payments, and track and review their accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Need to be knowledgeable in any framework of Node JS & PostgreSQL.
High fluency in spoken and written English.
