Vtiger 7.5 Lead conversion simple task

Hello. Am looking for anyone can show me the way on how to disable the requiring of creation ORGANIZATION module in converting the new LEAD to OPPORTUNITY and CONTACT Vtiger version 7.5. I do the task to my server just teach me how to do it.
please see the attached image... everytime i tried to convert the lead and checked the creation of Opportunity and Contact, the Organization cannot uncheck it. And if i disabled the Organization module and try to convert, the following diplayed
Lead Cannot Convert
Possible reasons include::
Leads Field Mapping is incomplete(Settings > Module Manager > Leads > Leads Field Mapping)
Mandatory fields are empty
Permission to perform the operation is denied for id : Potentials
