Vtiger CRM Specialist

We are looking for an experienced database / CRM developers expertise in Vtiger CRM to help us implement a chronic care management (healthcare) database for patient follow-up and case management. A successful candidate will be responsible for configuring Vtiger CRM to meet our specific needs and ensuring the smooth operation of our chronic care management system.
Responsibilities:
Configure Vtiger CRM to meet the specific requirements of our chronic care management program.
Create custom fields and workflows to track patient data and automate follow-up processes.
Work closely with our healthcare providers to ensure that our chronic care management program meets the needs of our patients.
Analyze patient data to identify trends and areas for improvement in our chronic care management program
Develop and implement best practices for patient follow-up and use Vtiger CRM to support patient care management.
Manage the project timeline, communicate with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
Requirements:
Strong expertise in Vtiger CRM and a deep understanding of its functionalities and capabilities
Knowledge and experience in the field of chronic care management.
Experience with database management principles and creating custom fields and workflows
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in using Vtiger CRM, as well as experience with related technologies such as APIs, web services, and integration with other systems.
Project management experience, including the ability to manage the project timeline, communicate with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
