Virtual Assistant for Real Estate Operations

I’m a real estate agent in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I’m seeking a virtual assistant to help with day-to-day operations including:

1- Manage, create, and maintain my GoHighLevel CRM, integrating social media, MLS, and email systems.
2- Design and maintain a luxury real estate website.
3- Automate and manage email marketing campaigns.
4- Handle social media content, engagement, and luxury positioning.
5- Assist with real estate contracts and documentation.
6- Integrate and update MLS listings.
7- Implement AI automation (chatbots, workflows).
8- Create AI agents to generate/post social media content.
9- Create AI-based video/avatar content.
10- Identify and promote recognitions (e.g., Circle of Excellence) across bios and marketing.
11- Manage daily tasks and proactively elevate the business.
12- Create and manage a Google Business account, gather reviews from all platforms, merge them into one space (e.g., GoHighLevel), and share them on social media.
13- Create and manage a Facebook group.
14- Digital marketing_ running campaigns, optimizing ads, and improving lead generation.
I am looking someone to work about 2-3 hours a day, 5 days a week. Experience in real estate and proven results are essential.
