Virtual Assistant for Credit Repair Business
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
As our Virtual Assistant, you'll be responsible for supporting day-to-day credit repair operations, including client onboarding, managing dispute processes, maintaining records in our CRM, and communicating with credit bureaus and clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in credit repair or financial services, be highly organized, and able to follow SOPs with precision.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit credit dispute letters to bureaus and creditors
Track dispute rounds and follow up on results
Handle client onboarding: collect documents, complete intakes, and set up accounts
Manage and update client records in CRM software (e.g., Credit Repair Cloud, HubSpot, etc.)
Respond to client inquiries via email, text, or phone in a timely and professional manner
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information securely
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and file management
Generate progress reports and maintain accurate logs
Support with compliance tasks and stay informed of changes in credit laws and practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in credit repair, financial services, or admin support (preferred)
Strong knowledge of credit reports, dispute processes, and common credit bureaus
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Proficiency with tools such as:
Credit Repair Cloud (or similar platforms)
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
CRM/Project management tools (e.g., Trello, Slack, Asana)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Reliable internet connection and home office setup
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential data
