AI Virtual Agent for Medical Hearing Solutions Business
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are looking for an expert to develop a custom AI-powered virtual agent with the following requirements:
Functional Requirements:
Conversation channels: WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger.
Integration with a knowledge base (PDFs, websites, and other relevant company documents).
Responses must be limited strictly to the knowledge base and the agent’s context (no external or generic answers).
Create a lead contact in Kommo (CRM) and store the entire conversation for future client context.
Ability to escalate to a human agent at any moment. Kommo will be used to continue the conversation with the user.
Medical appointment scheduling functionality.
Q&A and appointment modules must be configurable (enable/disable).
Important Notes:
The agent will act only as an advisor. It must not provide medical recommendations, but rather guide the user and escalate to a human when needed.
Deliverables must include:
Full source code of the solution.
Technical training for our team.
Architecture documentation of the solution (mandatory).
The proposal should also include cost estimation of required expert solutions such as WhatsApp API, LLM usage, etc., assuming 5,000 conversations per month.
Desirable:
Spanish-speaking expert.
We are looking for a professional who can design, implement, and deliver this solution with scalability and reliability in mind. Please include in your proposal your relevant experience with AI chatbots, CRM integrations (preferably Kommo), and medical-related solutions.
