Trilingual Airbnb WordPress Build - 16/03/2026 15:05 EDT
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a responsive WordPress website that will let me list and manage short-stay properties in Greek, English and Russian. The front end must feel classic and elegant, fully aligned with the brand colours and typography that I will supply at project start.
Core build
• WordPress latest version installed on my VPS, configured for PHP 8.0+.
• WPML 6.x (Polylang is acceptable if you prefer) set up so every page, post type and string is available in the three languages.
• Custom post types for Properties and Bookings, each with intuitive meta fields and Gutenberg blocks so my staff can add content without touching code.
• Reliable online booking engine integrated end-to-end: property availability calendar, price rules, coupon support and payment gateway connection.
• Guest dashboard for reservation review and messaging; admin side must expose booking status, payment logs and basic guest CRM data.
• Speed optimisation (image compression, caching, lazy loading) and a final QA round to be sure nothing breaks when switching languages.
Deliverables
• Live, secure WordPress site on my domain with multilingual capability fully tested in Chrome, Safari and mobile.
• Admin guide (PDF) and export of all translation files (.po/.mo).
• Two weeks of post-launch support covering bug fixes and minor content tweaks.
Timeline
– Build & content migration: 4 weeks
– Dedicated testing window: 2 additional weeks
The project is considered complete when each of the above deliverables is available in all three languages, the booking flow is able to take a payment from search to confirmation, and Lighthouse scores stay in the green on both desktop and mobile.
