Telecommunications billing system - Zoho Subscription
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I am looking for a skilled developer to create a new telecommunications billing system. We are tempted to use Zoho Subscriptions as we are already a Zoho One subscriber. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing billing systems for voice calls, SMS/MMS, and internet data usage.
This project will need to use CDRs from multiple carriers (at least 5).
The expected functionalities of the billing system include real-time billing, support for both prepaid and postpaid services, and the ability to generate and manage invoices. It needs to manage both the wholesale and retail pricing, have rate plans for all products and services and permit editing the standard pricing on a per customer basis.
Additionally, the system should be a multibrand white label solution, allowing for customization for different brands.
Have customer access to download bills, update billing information and review usage.
Integrate with Stripe and GoCardless, and be accessible using miniorange SSO to facilitate single login for customers from our customer portal.
