Telecaller for Loan Sell

I’m launching a focused outbound calling campaign aimed at individual consumers and need an experienced telecaller who can quickly build rapport, keep conversations personable, and collect accurate contact details. The task is straightforward: work from my call sheet, introduce our service in a friendly manner, confirm the prospect’s interest, and document their name, phone number, and email address in the tracking sheet or CRM we’ll share.

You’ll receive a brief, a caller script, and access to the online spreadsheet before the first dialing session. I expect consistent daily updates and a tidy, well-maintained log so I can act on the hottest leads without delay. Familiarity with common dialers or VoIP tools, along with basic spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel), will make the workflow smoother.

Deliverables
• Minimum agreed-upon number of completed calls and qualified leads per shift
• Daily spreadsheet/CRM update with verified contact details
• End-of-week summary highlighting key observations and any script refinements you’d recommend
