Telecaller for Insurance Sales

You will be making high-volume outbound calls to cold leads with one clear objective: convert prospects into paying policyholders. Calls will cover Vehicle Insurance, Health Insurance, and Life Insurance, so confidence in explaining the core benefits and handling common objections for each product line is essential.

Daily workflow
• Dial from the lead list I provide, follow the approved sales script, and adapt in real time to keep the prospect engaged.
• Capture critical data—contact details, objections, next-step commitments—in the CRM as you talk.
• Close the sale on the same call whenever possible, otherwise secure a firm follow-up time.

Acceptance criteria
1. Minimum 150 connected calls per day.
2. At least 4% conversion of connected calls to paid policies, tracked inside the CRM.
3. End-of-day report exported from the system showing dials, connects, conversions, and notes.

All infrastructure—lead lists, product sheets, call script, and CRM login—will be provided. Bring a stable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and the persuasive energy to turn cold leads into new premium revenue.
