Overview:
We are seeking a technical support professional who can provide on-demand support for different technical needs - WebFlow, customer support, email marketing, course management, etc.
I don't need someone to build an app or a website. I need someone who knows low-code or no-code solutions and how to connect and manage a lot of tools and products.
The person should be very versatile and able to learn new technologies, workflows, and configurations.

Sample Tasks:
1. Make changes to Webflow, like making sections responsive
2. Add newsletter sign-up and connect workflow with tools like MailChimp and Convertkit
3. Set up Google Accounts for new domains or email
4. Set up a tool called Lemlist / Lemwarm to "warm up" emails for a particular domain
5. Create a blog for a website through Webflow
6. Create Typeform with questions that I have. Connect to Typeform to a custom domain and website button
7. Make a pop-up appear to collect emails on Webflow website
8. Create a section on Webflow where I can share a free eBook. If people want it, they need to add their email. The eBook is sent to them. Thank you confirmation screen appears.
9. Appropriately tag all of the emails and where they are coming from.
10. Manage a CRM, all of the emails in one place and make sure the right people get the right emails.
11. Manage Google Analytics and Tracking
12. Use Zapier to connect workflows
13. Upload all of my videos to a course
14. Add an Intercom support button to the website

Responsibilities:
- Respond to new technical requests and complete them within 1 week
- Learn new no-code tools
- Suggest tools to use for domain management, email management, website development, CRM, sales, etc.
- Maintain documentation for any new technical tools and log-ins
Requirements:
- Proven experience in providing technical support for no-code, or low-code solutions
- Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting and debugging techniques
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
- Familiarity with a variety of software and applications
