TechOps Specialist for Real Estate Platform

I’m building a real estate platform called Direct Close and need an experienced technical operations specialist to help finalize our company communication and infrastructure setup before launch. This is NOT website development. The platform already exists. I need someone who understands professional business setup and can configure systems correctly for scalability. Responsibilities include: • Fix Google Workspace email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) • Configure professional business email structure • Remove personal identity from sender profiles • Set up business phone system with extensions • Configure voicemail routing • Connect email + phone with CRM (Quo / Sona) • Ensure communications log properly inside CRM • Create professional email signatures • Help structure company communication workflow Bonus experience: • Startup infrastructure setup • Real estate CRM experience • VoIP systems (OpenPhone, Dialpad, RingCentral, or Twilio) Goal: Build a clean, scalable communication foundation so the company launches professionally.
