Submit Pitch to 500 Mobility VCs
Budget: $10 – $50 USD
I need systematic help expanding my fundraising outreach. The task is two-fold:
First, identify venture capital firms that actively invest in mobility (think micromobility, consumer hardware, urban tech, deep tech hardware) and typically write Seed-stage checks. Geography is flexible: North America, Europe, Asia—any region is acceptable so long as the firm’s portfolio shows clear mobility focus and they accept unsolicited decks through a dedicated online form or email portal.
Second, use those portals to submit my pitch deck and complete any required fields exactly as requested by each firm. I will supply the final PDF deck, a short blurb, and standard company details; you replicate this information verbatim for every submission so the messaging stays consistent.
Deliverables
• A spreadsheet with at least 500 unique VCs, each row showing: firm name, website, submission link, date/time submitted, and the email or confirmation note generated.
• All confirmation emails forwarded to my address (I’ll set up a dedicated inbox) or screenshots where emails are not provided.
• A brief summary of any forms that could not be completed and why (e.g., partner referral required, region-locked, etc.).
Acceptance criteria
• Minimum 500 successful form submissions.
• Every firm’s mandate explicitly includes mobility or closely related hardware verticals.
• No duplicates; no generic “info@” emails unless it is the only method listed by the firm itself.
• Spreadsheet and confirmations delivered within the agreed timeline.
Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets/Excel, and careful data entry will keep this project running smoothly, but the most important qualities are persistence and precision in following each VC’s unique submission process.
