Subject Matter Expert Required – CAMS & Karvy Mailback File Integration with CRM

We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) who has deep practical experience working with CAMS and Karvy/KFintech mailback files and their integration with CRM or wealth management platforms.

This is not a basic development project. We specifically need someone who understands the complete mutual fund back-office ecosystem, mailback structures, transaction processing logic, and CRM data mapping.

Requirement Overview:
The expert should help us with:
- Understanding CAMS mailback file structure
- Understanding Karvy/KFintech mailback file structure
- Data mapping and integration strategy with CRM
- Investor/Folio/SIP/Transaction level understanding
- Incremental data processing logic
- Portfolio reconciliation approach
- Best practices for automation and data handling
- Guidance on architecture, workflow, and implementation

Preferred Experience:
- Hands-on experience with CAMS Mailback Services
- Hands-on experience with Karvy/KFintech Mailback Services
- Experience in Mutual Fund CRM/Back-office systems
- Experience working with IFAs, RIAs, MFDs, Wealth Management Platforms, or AMCs
- Strong understanding of mutual fund transaction lifecycle
