Streamlining Service Workflow in Zoho CRM

I need expert help to set up a structured workflow in my Zoho CRM for managing service requests for vehicles. The process begins when a car arrives at our facility.
Key Tasks:
- Customer categorization: We need to identify whether a customer is new or existing.
- Service request creation: A service request will need to be created when a vehicle arrives.
- Vehicle Management: This involves searching for associated vehicles, or adding a new one if necessary.
The ideal candidate will also help in:
