Streamlining Business Process with Zoho CRM/Inventory

Zoho Inventory and CRM Freelance Project
We are an online based company that specializes in customized goods and services to our customers around the world. We sell through our Woocommerce site, Etsy, Amazon, and Ebay. We also take manual orders over the phone and through our small showroom at our physical location. We have Zoho Inventory and Zoho CRM that we are looking to utilize to streamline our order fulfillment and customer service processes to become more efficient.
Here are some of the functions we are looking for Zoho to manage.
-We are looking for Zoho to track our inventory, manage customer interactions and information, and manage all of our customer orders.
-We will be printing packing slips for each order, and we need all of the customer information/product information and variations to show up on the packing slip.

Product Details/Customization Options
-We have products with many customization options, so we need inventory set up to have these sold as different products but pull from the same inventory stock. We need the inventory to synchronize seamlessly between all of our selling marketplaces and accurately record how many of each we sell and how many are in stock.
-Our customized projects require us to send a design to the customer for approval before we complete their order. This is completed after the order is placed. The process is order placed- design proof sent-design proof approved- order shipped. We would like each order to flow through this process in zoho so we know where it is along the fulfillment process. If a customer does not approve their design in a timely manner, we would like an automatic follow up email to be sent to the customer.
- We have custom shipping box sizes in stock that are always used to ship particular items. We would like the box inventory to be adjusted when an item that uses that box size is sold.
-Website inquiries to be automatically turned into leads in Zoho CRM as well as a contact.
-Any other processes/requirements to make Zoho work effectively and completely for our business.
This project is to get Zoho system set up to perform our business functions. Our team will handle the data entry aspect when the system is functional to our process. We need this project to be completed in 2-3 weeks to be prepared for our Christmas rush.
