Source to CRM adf/xml

Hello, I’m looking for an experienced Freelancer to help with an adf/xml sourcing and integration with my CRM platform. The CRM is one that is not listed as an option - so please specify when bidding.
My issue is we have a new Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) provider that gathers sales leads from various sources and puts them into a database and relationship app for our sales staff to use. The CRM company requires that the leads be submitted in adf/xml format so that they can be read and parsed by their software. Most of our sources submit their leads with the adf/xml code in the body of the lead emails directly to the CRM company.
Our major source of leads is unable to do this. They provide leads in a text format with the adf/xml code in an attachment to the email and are unable to put the code in the body of the email as required by our CRM provider.
As a result my company has to manually open the emails from this source, open the attachment, copy the contents, paste it into the body of a new email that is then sent to the CRM provider. This process is often done hours after the lead email is received which defeats the purpose of a realtime CRM and delays our ability to contact our prospective customers.
There are two possible automation solutions:
The solution I prefer would be to automate the process explained above and provide the CRM provider with full adf/xml information.
The next best solution would be to convert the text based data in the email to adf/xml format (This would not require opening the attachment) creating a new email with the body containing the abreviated adf/xml data that is sent to the CRM provider.
This process should be completely automatic with no human intervention required. Our email provider is gmail at waausa.com domain.
