Solution Architecture for CRM options paper
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
We are seeking an experienced Freelancers to work on Solutions Architect work of writing an options paper for a CRM solution. The purpose of the options paper is to recommend a suitable CRM solution for a small team of 20, taking into consideration the business requirements and budget constraints.
The successful freelancers will be responsible for researching and evaluating various CRM solutions, including ServiceNow CSM, SAP Qualtrix, Open Text XECM, and any other solutions that may be appropriate for the small team. The candidate will then analyze the findings and recommend a solution that meets the business requirements while staying within the budget. Template will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on various CRM solutions and identify the strengths and weaknesses of each option.
- Evaluate the suitability of each CRM solution for the small team of 20, taking into account the business requirements and budget constraints.
- Develop cost estimates for licenses and any implementation costs in AUD for each option being considered.
- Write a detailed options paper that summarizes the research findings and recommends the most appropriate CRM solution for the small team.
