Simple Course CRM Integration
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
I run a WordPress-based training site and need a lightweight CRM that lives alongside the website. The core objective is to store every contact that comes through my site, link each person to the specific courses they purchase, and trigger helpful follow-up emails—all without re-entering data.
Here’s what I have in mind: when a visitor submits any of my WordPress forms, the system should automatically create or update a customer profile that shows basic contact details, their full course purchase history, and current enrolments. From there, I want to send automated email notifications (for example, purchase confirmations or reminders when new course material drops) directly from the CRM or via the email tool you prefer.
Key elements to deliver
• Build or configure the CRM so it sits inside WordPress and supports custom fields for courses purchased and enrolment dates.
• Map existing and future website forms to the CRM, ensuring every submission becomes a contact without duplicates.
• Display an easy-to-read timeline of previous course purchases for each customer.
• Set up at least one working email automation that triggers on a new course purchase.
• Provide a quick guide or loom video so I can add additional forms, courses, or automations later.
I’m open to whether you customise an existing WordPress plugin (JetEngine, FluentCRM, Groundhogg, etc.) or develop something bespoke—as long as it remains simple for a non-technical user to maintain.
If this is in your wheelhouse, let me know how you’d tackle it and any similar projects you’ve completed.
