End-to-End Microsoft Power Platform / Dataverse Partner for Company Work OS

We are looking for an implementation partner to build the full Huynchi Work OS, an internal operational system for a Design & Build interior company.

This is not a small Power Apps task, not a generic CRM, and not a simple project tracker. Huynchi Work OS is intended to become our company-wide operating system connecting:

* Marketing & Relationship Management
* Opportunity & Decision Management
* Project Delivery
* Design & Technical Coordination
* QS / Commercial / Procurement
* Site Execution
* Aftercare & Service Continuity
* Knowledge & Training
* People & Culture
* Admin Configuration & Governance

We already have detailed architecture, UX flow, workspace, object, and governance documents. We need a delivery partner who can implement the system in phases, not redesign it from scratch.

Expected delivery approach:

1. Review existing architecture and documents
2. Propose phased implementation roadmap
3. Build Dataverse production foundation
4. Build Model-driven apps / Power Apps workspaces
5. Configure tables, relationships, views, forms, security roles, and solution structure
6. Set up Dev / Test / Production environment guidance
7. Build and release workspace by workspace
8. Test, document, hand over, and support adoption

* Phase 1: Core Foundation + Relationship / Marketing / Decision
* Phase 2: Project Delivery
* Phase 3: Design + QS / Commercial / Procurement
* Phase 4: Site Execution + Aftercare
* Phase 5: Knowledge + People & Culture + Admin Governance

* Microsoft Dataverse
* Model-driven Power Apps
* Power Automate
* Dynamics 365 / Power Platform production implementation
* Relational data modeling
* Security roles and environment management
* Solution deployment
* Documentation and handover
* Ability to manage delivery without daily micromanagement

Important:
We are not looking for someone who only builds basic Canvas Apps or SharePoint List apps. We need someone who can take end-to-end delivery responsibility for a phased internal operating system.
