• Daily outbound sessions that meet or exceed agreed call volumes. You or I can provide the dialer.
• Consistent delivery of qualified single family home seller leads who are open to a listing appointment in 60 days or less.
• Accurate notes and disposition codes entered into my Brivity CRM (I’m on Brivity).
• A weekly summary report with contact counts, conversations held, appointments set, and hot leads flagged for immediate follow-up.

You should already know how to:
• Navigate typical homeowner objections with confidence and courtesy.
• Pace your calls to comply with local dialing regulations and DNC lists.
• Schedule appointments directly onto my calendar while leaving space for travel time.
