Salesforce CRM Panel Overhaul

I'm in urgent need of assistance with my Salesforce CRM panels. A consultant had previously set up various panels using the sandbox, but now I'm unable to edit or modify anything and everything is out of date.
Key Requirements:
- Update existing panels and create new ones from scratch.
- All new panels should be sales dashboards.
Ideal Skills:
- Expertise in Salesforce CRM
- Experience with developing and designing sales dashboards
- Strong understanding of team management metrics
Please note that the primary focus of the new sales dashboards should be on team management - tracking performance, setting targets and monitoring progress. I need to be able to manage my team effectively with this new setup.
