Salesforce Buildout for Real Estate Investment Company
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I am seeking an experienced individual with experience in Salesforce to build out our Salesforce system. We specifically require the Sales Cloud feature, as well as customization and integration with other systems. Our Salesforce system will be used by a total of 1-10 users. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in Salesforce development and customization.
I'm interested in a full development/integration for my Real Estate Investment Company/ Real Estate Brokerage. I'm looking for a robust development that will include processes/integrations for the following (and more):
1) Acquisition and Escrow process for different divisions of our business
2) Lead Generation/lead management/lead nurturing
3) Leasing/Prospecting
4) Property Management
5) Project management stages/integrations for rehab projects under management
6) Hiring Management
7) Integrations with local MLS board (multiple listing service)
8) KPI tracking for individual agents (currently a team of 4 but growing in the next few months to 10+)
