I am looking for a SalesForce expert who can enhance our Field Service capabilities. Specifically, I need improvements in the following:
Efficient scheduling
Improvements to online booking
Changes to current setup
Enhanced automation, mandatory fields and auto-fill data automation.
We know the system can be more efficient.
The ideal candidate for this project should have experience in SalesForce Field Service and possess the following skills:
- Strong understanding of SalesForce Field Service functionality
- Ability to automate scheduling processes
- Proficiency in tracking technician schedules
- Familiarity with work order management in SalesForce
