Compensation: $4-5/hour + Commission + Performance Bonuses

We help hair stylists launch their own profitable hair extension brands with zero inventory investment. Our platform provides everything they need - from dropshipping to business tools - so they can focus on what they love: making clients look amazing.
What You'll Do
Make 100-150 outbound calls daily to hair stylists and salon owners
Convert prospects into qualified leads and close sales for our $24.99 and $49.99 monthly plans
Use CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress
Generate your own leads through social media research (Instagram, LinkedIn, beauty forums)
Follow proven sales scripts while adapting to each prospect's unique situation
Participate in weekly training sessions and performance reviews
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
Excellent English (native or near-native level) - clear, professional communication
Minimum 5 hours available daily for phone calls
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
Previous telemarketing, inside sales, or call center experience
Happy, upbeat personality - you genuinely enjoy talking to people
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Reliable internet and quiet workspace for calls
Bonus Points:
Beauty industry experience (former stylist, salon worker, beauty sales)
Social media savvy (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Experience selling subscription services or monthly plans
Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: $4-5/hour during active calling time
Commission Structure:
Provided leads: $5 per qualified lead + 15% commission per sale
Self-generated leads: $10 per qualified lead + 25% commission per sale
Performance Bonuses: $50 for 10+ sales/month, $150 for 20+ sales/month
Same-day payouts for closed sales via Stripe
Earning Potential: $350-450+ per month for top performers
Training Provided
3-5 day comprehensive training program
