I will grant you access to the system and the raw data; your job is to turn that data into concise weekly and monthly reports that help us track performance and spot trends quickly. Because the task centers on sales administration rather than strategy or social media, an eye for detail and comfort navigating a CRM interface matter more than advanced marketing theory.

Here is how I picture the workflow:

• Pull the latest transaction data, pipeline status, and customer notes from the CRM.
• Organise the information into standard report templates already set up inside the tool.
• Export each report to PDF (and Excel if needed) and label it with the correct period.
• Double-check figures for accuracy before sharing the final files.

A report is considered complete when totals match the CRM dashboard, sections follow the agreed layout, and no data fields are left blank. Turnaround is one business day after each period closes, and I am happy to clarify any field names or metrics directly in the CRM if you have questions.
