Sales Database Development

I need a comprehensive sales database to track both inbound and outbound sales efforts, with possible integration with Outlook email and potential CRM integration in the future. Database must be accessible from both Mac and Windows platforms

The database should track:
- Customer contacts and details
- Sales activities and follow-ups
- Deal stages and sales pipeline
- Outreach efforts, times & dates, and results

Ideal Skills and Experience:
