Sales Data Entry to CRM

I need help transferring sales data from a set of documents directly into our own in-house CRM. Everything you’ll work with is already organised by date and client, but it still sits in document form and must be keyed into the correct fields so that our dashboards and reports stay accurate.

You’ll receive:
• A batch of digital documents (PDF and scanned originals) containing order totals, customer IDs and payment status.
• A brief video walkthrough of our custom CRM interface, including field definitions and the sequence in which each record should be saved.

What you’ll do:
1. Read each document, extract the sales figures and related customer identifiers.
2. Enter the information into the corresponding screens of the CRM, double-checking that dropdown selections and numerical formats match the instructions.
3. Flag any ambiguous or missing values in a shared sheet so I can clarify them quickly.

Accuracy is my top priority; even a small typo can throw off monthly reporting. A short test batch will confirm we’re aligned before you proceed with the rest.

I’ll be available for questions throughout, and I expect progress updates after each completed batch so we can keep momentum. Once all entries are finished and spot-checked, the project is complete and I’ll release payment immediately.
