Your day will center on three core activities: keeping my buyers and sellers updated through quick, professional messaging and calls, keeping every active and coming-soon listing on CRM fresh and accurate, and digging up market data so I can price homes confidently and spot new opportunities before my competition does.

Because nearly all of my leads come through Portals, familiarity with its back-end tools, listing rules, and lead-routing features is essential. If you already know how to optimize photos, craft attention-grabbing descriptions, and monitor listing performance inside Zillow’s dashboard, you’ll hit the ground running.

The focus is strictly residential—single-family homes, condos, and small multifamily units—so your research should cover recent comps, neighborhood trends, days-on-market, and anything that helps our clients understand their position in the market. I’ll supply logins, templates, and call scripts; you bring the organizational skills, clear English communication, and a knack for customer service that turns first inquiries into signed agreements.

Expect ongoing collaboration through email, Slack, and the CRM. Once you’re up to speed, success will look like buyers who always feel informed, listings that never go stale, and market snapshots that arrive in my inbox before I even ask.
