Research software CRM options suitable for business and relationship management for a small consulting firm
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I am looking for a freelancer to help me research and find a CRM software that is suitable for me personally working as a partner of a consulting business. The ideal candidate should have experience in conducting market research and be familiar with CRM software options.
Specific features that I am looking for in the CRM software include:
Must have:
- Sales and lead management capabilities
- Contact management functionalities
- Task tracking, including tasks linked to leads and live projects
- Must understand that companies, leads, tasks and people are separate entities but related to each other in particular ways. E.g., leads are connected to clients, leads are connected to companies, tasks can be connected to companies or people
- Ability to manually import and export contacts, leads and tasks
- Ability to programatically read contacts, leads and tasks through an API
Optional features:
- In-built analytics on relationships, companies, etc.
I prefer a cloud-based solution for the CRM software. It should be accessible online.
My estimated budget for the CRM software is less than $500. I am open to suggestions and recommendations based on the budget and specific requirements.
I currently use Jira for task tracking and Atlas CRM to help with opportunity tracking but am wondering if there is a better solution.
I currently use Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar management. However, the solution cannot require software integration into Outlook/MS Exchange due to security constraints.
