We run a fast–growing lending company that needs a confident voice on the phone each weekday from 9 AM to 6 PM EST. Your entire day will revolve around calling potential borrowers and real-estate investors, sparking their interest in our loan programs, gauging their fit, and locking in appointments for the loan specialists. Every conversation is logged in our CRM, and follow-ups are essential, so staying organized and keeping notes up to date must feel second nature to you.

You should already be comfortable with cold calling, overcoming common objections, and steering the discussion toward a clear next step. A friendly, professional tone and the discipline to follow a proven call script—while still sounding natural—will make you thrive here. Prior work with any mainstream CRM is a strong plus, but if you know another system and can learn fast, that works too.
