Remote Disposition Manager for Land Flipping

I'm seeking a full-time Disposition Manager to help sell lots under contract. This role is critical in communicating with cash buyers and realtors.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Texting, calling, and emailing cash buyers and realtors to sell lots under contract.
- Creating Investor Cards with lot information.
- Updating CRM and internal dashboards with buyer interactions.

Secondary Responsibilities:
- Assisting another VA with buyer-side transaction tasks as needed.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Previous land disposition or real estate wholesaling experience with demonstrated sales success.
- Confident phone presence for inbound and outbound calls.
- Familiarity with FollowUpBoss, Readmode, and CRM systems.
- Highly organized and proactive communicator.

This role is remote, and I prefer candidates from the Philippines.
