Remote Cold-Calling VA

I need a dependable virtual assistant who is comfortable making outbound calls to prospects across North America. You will be dialling from your own quiet workspace, following a short script or key points that I supply, and updating each contact’s status in my online CRM immediately after every conversation.

Fluent, neutral-accent English and a confident phone presence are essential because the goal is to keep the prospect on the line long enough to capture basic qualifying information and, when appropriate, secure a follow-up appointment for me. I will share the target list, the call schedule, and any training materials before your first shift so you can hit the ground running.

Daily expectations
• Place calls during the agreed time block (predictive dialer login provided)
• Record call outcomes, notes, and next steps in the CRM in real time
• Flag any hot leads for same-day hand-off
• Send me a concise end-of-day summary of total dials, connects, and appointments booked

If you have prior experience in real estate, tech, or healthcare calling, let me know—it’s a bonus but not mandatory. What matters most is a proven track record of cold calling success, reliable internet, and a willingness to learn my process quickly.
