Remote Buyer Intake Specialist

We're looking for a self-motivated, coachable, and detail-oriented individual to join our fast-paced real estate investment team. You'll help us build relationships with buyers and keep our pipeline strong by qualifying investors and organizing critical data.

Requirements:

-Fluent in English & Spanish with confident phone presence.
-Previous sales or real estate experience preferred.
-Coachable, self-starter, and driven by performance.
-CRM experience is a plus (GoHighLevel, Hubspot, etc.)
-Reliable internet and ability to work U.S. hours (EST preferred)

Key responsibilities:

-Cold call investors lead daily (minimum volume required)
-Qualify buyers - gather location preferences, price range strategy, funding and timeline.
-Input detailed buyer notes into our CRM (Dispo Genius)
-Schedule follow up calls and respond promptly to buyer inquiries.
-Monitor SMS replies and call interested investors quickly.
