Real Estate Telecaller Lead Nurturing

I have a steady pipeline of local real-estate contacts—agents, buyers and sellers—who already know our brand. What I need now is a confident telecaller who can keep these relationships warm, highlight our latest service packages and ultimately move each prospect closer to a signed deal.

Here’s how the role works day to day: you’ll log into our cloud CRM, pick up a curated call list and follow a concise conversation guide I provide. Your goal on every call is to check in, answer questions, promote our newest incentives and record next-step notes in the system. No cold calls; every number you dial is an existing lead.

We operate strictly within the local market, so familiarity with regional property terminology and time zones is important. You should be comfortable tailoring your tone—professional for agents, supportive for sellers/builders, enthusiastic for buyers—while staying on-brand throughout.

Deliverables I’ll review weekly:
• Updated CRM notes for every attempted call
• A short summary of key objections or requests you heard
• Recommendations for follow-up actions I can take to close the deal
