At the end of each day I’ll look for a concise report that shows total dials, live conversations, qualified prospects, and appointments set.

Because I’m only providing raw contact details, any quick online research or rapport-building improvisation will sit with you. Familiarity with real-estate terminology, local market lingo, and the nuances of seller vs. buyer psychology is essential.
