Real Estate Caller

I have a steady stream of warm real-estate leads who have already shown interest in our properties. I now need an experienced tele-caller to turn that interest into scheduled site or video appointments with our sales consultants.
Your day-to-day work will be straightforward:
• Call the leads I supply, introduce yourself on behalf of our company, and clearly explain the key property details they asked for.
• Answer questions about pricing options and simple financial plans, as well as the step-by-step process for buying or renting.
• Secure a definite date and time for their meeting with the sales team, then log that commitment in our CRM.
• Follow up politely if they need more time, and keep concise notes so we can track each prospect’s status.
I’ll provide the call list, basic talking points, and CRM access. You bring a friendly phone presence, fluent English, Hindi, and Marathi and the discipline to hit daily call and meeting-booking targets.
Deliverables at the end of each day:
1. Updated CRM entries with call outcome and scheduled meetings.
2. Short summary of objections raised so we can refine the script.
3. Next-step plan for any prospects who requested a follow-up call.
