I want to preload a CSV file with parcel IDs and offer amounts.
If a seller enters a parcel ID that matches the CSV:

· The system should automatically send the corresponding offer to the seller

5. Follow-Up Automation (Preferred)
Send an automatic confirmation message (text) after submission.
Include the offer details in that message.

6. Accept Offer Button
Include a clickable “Accept Offer” button in the message.
If clicked, this should trigger another workflow in REIReply.

7. E-Signature Workflow
After the offer is accepted:

· Automatically send a contract to the seller for e-signature
