I am looking for a part-time Real Estate Marketing Manager to help maintain community awareness and enhance customer experience for my real estate business. This is a fun and creative job for someone who loves current marketing trends & is ready to make a real impact on a growing company. The ideal Marketing Manager is confident to jump in with ideas and execute them among quick, entrepreneurial thinkers. We value excellent communication skills as well as confidence on the phone & a professional written voice. You will work one-on-one with me to develop strategies together that make sense for their properties and clientele.
Responsibilities include online and traditional marketing:
- Structuring client outreach and setting up contact procedures
- Creating marketing materials for listings and open houses, including print and online advertising
- Posting on Facebook business page & business Instagram account
- Updating client newsletters and communicating company updates
- Monitoring and implementing the marketing calendar
-Drive client outreach with mail, email and text
Must be proficient in: MailChimp, Canva, iMovie, Liondesk (CRM), Google Drive,
Required Attributes: High level of professionalism, attention to detail, promptness, fun & positive attitude!
