We need to hire a consultant to help us to setup Zoho CRM from lead initiation to deal closure. We are a SME lending company and our process is as follows:
1) Lead initiation
2) Borrower interested in loan
3) Request for data from borrower
4) Data completed by borrower
5) Send file to credit team for assessment
6) Credit team need clarification
7) File is completed and accepted
8) Client offered
9) Client accepted the offer
8) loan granted
