Property Management Suitecrm

Using SuiteCRM develop plugin(s) to manage both commercial and residential properties. Outgoings and invoicing. CPI or % increases. Key logging, Tenant tracking. Insurance tracking (including claims). I have attached an incomplete word doc relating to requirements. I have SuiteCRM loaded on a server and have partially built modules using the module builder. This may also give some insight into what I'm looking for.
