Proactive Virtual Assistant for Real Estate

Virtual Assistant Needed – Real Estate (Residential & Commercial) | BoldTrail (kvCORE) Experience Preferred
I am a growing real estate professional, working across both residential and commercial real estate. I am seeking a highly proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help streamline operations, improve client experience, and support business growth.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who understands real estate workflows and is comfortable working with CRM systems such as BoldTrail (kvCORE).
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Automation (BoldTrail / kvCORE):
Manage and organize contacts, leads, and pipelines
Set up and optimize email and text automation campaigns
Create and manage drip campaigns for buyers, sellers, and tenants
Ensure proper tagging, segmentation, and follow-up systems
Social Media & Marketing:
Assist with content creation for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Schedule and manage posts across platforms
Create engaging real estate-focused graphics and short-form videos
Support brand growth and lead generation efforts
Email & Client Communication:
Draft and manage email campaigns for buyers, sellers, tenants, and investors
Assist with follow-ups and client nurturing sequences
Maintain a professional and client-focused tone in all communications
Research & Administrative Support:
Research properties using MLS, LoopNet, Crexi, Zillow, and other platforms
Compile market data and comparable properties
Assist with listing preparation and marketing materials
Provide general administrative support as needed
Ideal Candidate:
Prior experience in real estate is required
Familiarity with BoldTrail (kvCORE) or similar CRM platforms
Strong understanding of real estate marketing and lead generation
Excellent written English (bilingual is a plus)
Highly organized, proactive, and able to take initiative
Experience with tools such as Canva, Zapier, and Google Workspace is a plus
