Policy reminders/ CRM/ Business MIS

Need one small reminder app/web portal which can view and send renewal reminders to insurance clients automatically once the data is entered.

1) We have one ready tool which generates agent data in excel

2) this excel data consists of policyholder name, start date, end date, premium paid etc.

3) need this excel to be imported or fetched in one app so data can be viewed in presentable form and modified if required

4) automatically reminders should go on mail id and mobile number of respective policyholders on or before renewal.

5) data can be edited or directly manually too if required

6) agent wise login id and password required

7) new policy renewed msg should go automatically to client from it

8) user wise login id and password to be created

9) we will charge yearly/monthly fee from users so payment facility to be given.

10) specific period upload and download excel should be available to see business.

Your suggestions or addition will be welcomed. Basically this can be used as reminder app and business mis tool.
