Podio expert to help build out workspace for property management company

Properties tab
Need to be able to add properties, fill out a property details sheet that lists every little detail about a property. Will create this details sheet separately. Need to be able to schedule service or maintenance from this tab. All pending maintenance should sync with the podio calendar and allow us to assign specific handyman or contractor.
Video links to YouTube should be available for property details. Each property could have 50-100 small YouTube clips to link to.
Shopping list- can this link to amazon?
Calendar - seems complicated, just need to be able to add appointments, service, etc.
Communications Need to see if a call or text was missed, answered, and how long the call was.
