Pipeline CRM developer / programmer/ designer

Hello, we have recently signed up with the Pipeline CRM system and we are needing assistance to customize it in the way that we want it to flow to suit our business needs. we have already started but realise we need someone with more experience.
We are looking for an expert that is familiar with Pipeline and has the experience to help us customize it to suit our needs. you will need to be able to work with their APIs to tie in our leads from email marketing and Facebook.
load our existing database along with the previous client notes etc.
I'm looking for someone that will be able to share screens and documents and discuss each stage that we need to be built.
This would be on an hourly rate and we would require ongoing assistance as we move forward over time for maintenance and changes.
