Pipedrive support - ongoing -- 2

I am looking for ongoing support with Pipedrive development, specifically in lead management, reporting and integrations with our other platforms.

Tasks include:
- Automated message changes
- Organizing and categorizing leads
- Updating lead information/status
- Updating settings/dropdowns
- Reporting
- Providing advice and guidance on best processes and integrations with Pipedrive

Communication:
- I prefer email communication and calls for ongoing support and updates.
