Perfex CRM & 3CX PBX Integration
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I'm seeking for integration between my PERFEX CRM and the 3CX PBX system. The integration should involve synchronizing specific data between the two platforms.
This integration is done by the 3CX CRM template generator.
The documentation for both systeme exists.
I have generated the xml file, and the integration work but the LookupNumber didn’t work.
Key aspects of the integration include:
- Data to be synchronized: This includes contact information, call logs, user activity, pop ups, and the creation of new contacts.
Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Proven experience with PERFEX CRM and 3CX PBX system.
- Strong skills in data synchronization and CRM-PBX integration.
- Ability to create new contacts on the fly and ensure pop ups are managed properly.
- Excellent understanding of handling call logs and contact information.
