Patient Relationship Management Specialist

Responsibilities:
Call and text new leads (Google/Meta/organic) within minutes of inquiry, qualify them using our phone framework, and book consultations
Manage existing patient retention touchpoints (2-week, 6-week, monthly, 60-day, milestone check-ins) via our CRM (GoHighLevel)
Handle declined payment outreach — call patients, send secure payment update links, log every attempt
Reschedule no-shows and blood draw cancellations
Submit a weekly KPI report (leads contacted, appointments booked, retention touchpoints, churn)
Log every patient interaction same-day in our CRM with a consistent note format
Requirements:
Fluent, natural spoken English — you'll be on the phone with patients daily
Prior experience with a CRM (GoHighLevel experience a strong plus, not required)
Comfortable on the phone — this is call-heavy, not just texting
Reliable internet, quiet workspace, available during US Eastern business hours (10am–6pm minimum overlap)
Discretion with sensitive health information — this is a medical practice
Schedule: Start part-time (20-25 hrs/week), potential to grow full-time based on performance
