Optimize Zoho Environment for EdTech/Recruitment Company

We are a EdTech/Recruitment company looking for a Zoho expert to optimize and fully set up our Zoho environment. Our primary goal is to manage both sales/client relations and a candidate pipeline efficiently, with seamless workflows and automated processes. We currently use Zoho CRM but are open to adding Zoho Recruit or other Zoho apps if they better fit our use cases.
Key Requirements
