Operations Project Management Virtual Assistant
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
You will take the lead on all operational project management for my company, easing the load on our executives so they can focus on strategy. The first priority is keeping every internal initiative on track—coordinating milestones, assigning tasks, following up on dependencies, and flagging bottlenecks before they slow us down.
Around that core responsibility, you will still keep the day-to-day wheels turning by managing email traffic, maintaining multiple calendars, preparing meeting materials, and entering data into our CRM. Social media scheduling and light bookkeeping may be handed over once you have settled into the role.
The engagement starts at 10–15 hours each week with plenty of room to scale to a full-time partnership as our workload grows. Previous experience as an independent contractor is important because I need someone confident enough to own the position, make decisions, and suggest better systems when you spot an opportunity.
Deliverables I will gauge success on:
• A live, updated project dashboard that shows status, risks, and next actions for every operational project.
• An inbox consistently triaged to “zero,” with priority items surfaced daily.
• Executive calendars that reflect real-time changes and avoid double-booking.
• Weekly recap sent every Friday summarising completed tasks, open issues, and upcoming deadlines.
If you thrive in a fast-moving environment, can juggle multiple priorities without dropping any, and enjoy improving processes as you go, this partnership should fit you perfectly.
